Your qualifications
  • Successfully completed training as a brewer or maltster, food technology specialist, dairy specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in the food sector
  • Strong quality, hygiene, and cost awareness
  • Team player, also in cooperation with other departments
  • Resilience, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Your tasks
  • Adherence to all wine and food law regulations
  • Separation, filtration and fining of the wines
  • Monitoring the quality of the wines from storage to bottling
  • Unloading of the tanker trucks and proper storage of the wine purchases
  • Wine treatment / blending / ageing and care of the barrel wines
  • Preparing and supplying the filling batches
  • Checking the ready-to-fill batches before filling
